Once your pergola shipment is confirmed as delivered, our White-Glove Installation Partner will reach out directly to schedule your setup appointment.


▼ How Scheduling Works

  1. Freight Confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your pergola ships.

  2. Arrival at Local Terminal: The installation team is notified automatically.

  3. Scheduling Contact: Within a few days of arrival, the installer calls or emails you to confirm site readiness and set your installation date.


▼ Preparing Before the Crew Arrives

  • Verify that all boxes are present and undamaged.

  • Ensure the area is clear and level.

  • Have someone 18 years or older available on-site.
