Your estimated delivery time depends on your selected pergola model and the time of year your order was placed.

Your timeline may vary depending on:

  • Seasonal demand (spring and early summer have higher order volume)

  • Shipping distance from the warehouse to your destination

  • Site access or remote delivery location requirements

💡 Tip: If your project has a specific deadline, we recommend ordering early to secure your production slot.


▼ Shipping Process

Once production is complete:

  1. Your order is securely packaged and staged for freight pickup.

  2. You’ll receive a Shipping Notification Email once tracking or delivery appointment details are available.

  3. Hanso’s freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window.

🚛 Delivery Includes:

  • Curbside delivery to your property

  • Liftgate service for safe unloading (where available)

  • Signature required upon receipt


▼ Delays or Changes in Lead Time

While we do our best to meet our timelines, the following may cause minor extensions:

  • Material or supply chain delays

  • Severe weather or transportation interruptions

  • Customer unavailability for delivery scheduling

If a delay occurs, our team will notify you proactively and provide a revised ETA.

If you purchased White-Glove Installation, scheduling typically happens once your order has shipped or arrived at the local terminal.
Our installation partner will reach out to confirm:

  • Site readiness

  • Local delivery date

  • Installation appointment options
