Order Confirmation & Processing Timeline

Understand what happens after placing your Hanso order — from confirmation to production scheduling, quality checks, and delivery preparation.

🧾 Overview

After you complete your purchase, your order enters our production queue and moves through several stages — each designed to ensure your pergola meets Hanso’s exacting standards.
You’ll receive regular updates and email notifications along the way.


▼ Step 1 – Order Confirmation

Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

  • Pergola model and size (Pro+ or Master+)

  • Selected color and accessories

  • Billing and shipping details

  • Estimated production lead time

📩 What to Do Next:
Review your order details carefully.
If you notice an error (wrong size, color, or accessory), contact Sales or Support right away so adjustments can be made before production begins.


▼ Step 2 – Payment Verification

Your order is validated once payment is confirmed or financing is approved.
Only then will it move into the production queue.
If payment fails or is delayed, production start may be postponed until resolved.

💡 Tip: You’ll receive a separate confirmation once payment clears successfully.


▼ Step 3 – Production & Quality Check

Once approved, your order enters production.
Each pergola is made to order and goes through multiple stages:

Pro+ Pergola

10 – 14 weeks

Master+ Pergola

20 – 24 weeks

🧰 During Production:

  • Materials are sourced and cut to your specific dimensions

  • Finishing, powder coating, and assembly checks are performed

  • Each unit passes quality inspection before being packaged for freight

Production times may vary slightly depending on season, configuration, and accessory complexity.


▼ Step 4 – Shipping Preparation

After final inspection, your pergola is securely packaged and prepared for freight pickup.


You’ll receive an email update once your shipment is scheduled.
From there, our logistics team will coordinate the delivery date and tracking information.

🚚 Freight Delivery Includes:

  • Curbside delivery with appointment scheduling

  • Palletized shipment for secure transport

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery


▼ Step 5 – Delivery & Installation Scheduling

Once you receive tracking details, you can plan for installation:

  • DIY Install: You’ll receive a guide and installation checklist.

  • White-Glove Install: Our partner installers will contact you to confirm site readiness and schedule installation.


⚠️ Delays & Lead Time Changes

Occasionally, unforeseen factors such as material delays or weather can extend lead times.
If that happens, our team will notify you proactively with an updated delivery window.
