You’ll receive regular updates and email notifications along the way.

Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:
Pergola model and size (Pro+ or Master+)
Selected color and accessories
Billing and shipping details
Estimated production lead time

Review your order details carefully.
If you notice an error (wrong size, color, or accessory), contact Sales or Support right away so adjustments can be made before production begins.
▼ Step 2 – Payment Verification
Your order is validated once payment is confirmed or financing is approved.
Only then will it move into the production queue.
If payment fails or is delayed, production start may be postponed until resolved.
💡 Tip: You’ll receive a separate confirmation once payment clears successfully.

Once approved, your order enters production.
Each pergola is made to order and goes through multiple stages:

Materials are sourced and cut to your specific dimensions
Finishing, powder coating, and assembly checks are performed
Each unit passes quality inspection before being packaged for freight

After final inspection, your pergola is securely packaged and prepared for freight pickup.
You’ll receive an email update once your shipment is scheduled.
From there, our logistics team will coordinate the delivery date and tracking information.

White-Glove Install: Our partner installers will contact you to confirm site readiness and schedule installation.
