Editing or Canceling an Order

Learn when and how you can modify or cancel your Hanso order before production begins, and what to expect if changes are requested after fabrication has started.

Each Hanso pergola is made to order, ensuring it’s built precisely to your configuration.
We understand that plans can change — that’s why you can still request adjustments or cancellations, with clear timelines and transparent terms below.


▼ Editing Your Order

You can request edits or adjustments before or during production.

⚙️ Conditions:

  • Edits are allowed even after production has started.

  • Any change will restart your estimated production lead time (ETA) from the date the amendment is confirmed.

  • There are no fees for standard amendments that do not affect your pergola model or size.

  • If you upgrade or change to a different version, model, or configuration, additional costs will apply only for the difference in price.

💡 Tip: Review your order confirmation email right after purchase to ensure details like color, size, and accessories are accurate.

  • Your Order Number

  • Specific details of what you’d like to change (e.g., color, accessories)

  • Whether this is a minor amendment or an upgrade

Our team will confirm the new ETA, revised configuration, and any applicable price adjustment.


▼ Canceling an Order

We accept cancellations according to the following schedule:

Fee Policy

Within 7 days of order date (DOP)

✅ No cancellation fee

After 7 days, before shipment

⚠️ 15% restocking fee

After shipment

❌ 15% restocking fee + return freight cost

🧾 How It Works:

  1. Contact Sales or Support immediately with your order number.

  2. We’ll confirm your current order stage and eligibility.

  3. If approved, we’ll process your refund per the above policy.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method once inspection and processing are complete.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders are considered “in production” once materials or components are allocated.

  • Refund amounts exclude shipping, handling, or freight return fees.

  • Custom or special-order upgrades are final after 7 days.

  • Production lead time resets if an order is amended during fabrication.
