Canceling Before Dispatch

How to cancel your Hanso Home order before dispatch and avoid restocking fees.

You may cancel your order free of charge within seven (7) days of your initial purchase, provided that your order has not yet been dispatched.

After seven days, a 15% restocking fee applies to all cancellations.

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, full name, address, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Our support team will confirm receipt and outline any applicable fees.

  3. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us.

We recommend checking your order status before submitting a cancellation request, as some expedited orders may dispatch shortly after purchase.
