Canceling After Dispatch

Learn what happens when canceling an order that has already shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations are still possible but subject to additional fees:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping costs (to and from your location)

To request a cancellation after dispatch:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, full name, address, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Our team will confirm any applicable fees before proceeding.

  3. Your cancellation is finalized once you accept the outlined costs and receive a cancellation confirmation email.

We advise verifying your delivery status before requesting cancellation to avoid unnecessary fees.
