LED Lights Not Responding in App but Work on Remote

If your Horizon Pergola lights work using the remote control but do not respond in the Tuya Smart app, follow these troubleshooting steps.

If your Horizon Pergola LED lights work from the remote but not from the mobile app, this usually means the lighting hardware is functioning properly and the issue is related to app sync, cloud communication, device permissions, or controller settings.
