Smart Schedule / Automation Not Working

If your Horizon Pergola schedules, timers, or automations in the Tuya Smart app are not running correctly, follow these troubleshooting steps.

The Horizon Pergola can use the Tuya Smart app for schedules and automations such as opening the roof at certain times or turning lights on in the evening.

If schedules are not triggering, the issue is usually related to time settings, internet connection, permissions, app scenes, or device offline status.

Step 1: Confirm Pergola Is Online
