Horizon Pergola Offline in Tuya App

If your Horizon Pergola shows as offline in the Tuya Smart app, follow these steps to restore connection and resume smart control.

If your Horizon Pergola appears as Offline inside the Tuya Smart app, the pergola controller has lost communication with your Wi-Fi network or the Tuya cloud service.

Your remote control may still work even when the app shows offline.

Step 1: Confirm Pergola Has Power
