Horizon Pergola Not Responding to Remote Control

If your Horizon Pergola does not respond to the remote control, follow these troubleshooting steps to restore roof and light operation.

If your Horizon Pergola remote control is not working, the issue is usually related to battery power, pairing, controller power supply, or signal interruption.

Use the steps below before requesting service.

Step 1: Check Remote Battery

Manual states open-air remote distance can be up to 50 meters under ideal conditions. Actual range may vary.


Step 4: Re-Pair the Remote

If the remote lost pairing, re-sync it to the controller.
