Within 10 days of delivery – stop using it and notify [email protected] within 48 hours.
After 10 days – report the issue as soon as possible.
Incorrect installation may cause faults and void warranty eligibility.
If approved, Hanso will arrange collection and replacement after inspection.
We cannot replace or refund any incorrectly assembled or modified product.
