Who performs the installation?

Installations are completed by certified installation partners assigned to your order. These are trusted, professional installers who specialize in assembly and installation services and are approved to install Hanso Home products.

Are installers employees of Hanso Home?

No. Certified installation partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Hanso Home.
They independently perform the on-site installation work.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong during installation?

Certified installation partners are responsible for the installation work they perform, including workmanship and on-site activities. They carry their own insurance coverage for installation services.

Hanso Home remains responsible for the product itself, including warranty coverage related to manufacturing defects or product issues.

Does Hanso Home control how the installer works?
