  • Have experience installing Hanso Home products

  • Are approved to perform installations for Hanso Home customers

  • Provide their own crews, tools, and required insurance


🤝 How Responsibilities Are Shared

Certified Installation Partner Responsibilities

Once assigned, the installation partner is responsible for:

  • Performing the on-site installation

  • Providing trained crews, tools, and equipment

  • Managing job-site safety and workmanship

  • Coordinating scheduling directly with you

  • Completing installation according to Hanso Home specifications

💡 Certified installers operate independently and are not employees or agents of Hanso Home.


Hanso Home’s Role

Hanso Home remains responsible for:

  • Designing and supplying your pergola or awning system

  • Providing installation manuals and technical specifications

  • Coordinating with installation partners

  • Supporting customers with product questions, warranty, and after-sales service

While we work closely with our partners, Hanso Home does not control how installation work is performed on-site.
