If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product:
Write a note describing the damage on the delivery acceptance form before signing it.
Email [email protected] within 48 hours, including:
Order number and full name
Address
Description of damage
Photos or videos showing each damaged area and all package labels
Once received, our team will assess your report and determine if a replacement or refund applies.
If canceling due to damage:
Hanso will collect the item and issue a full refund after inspection.
Keep the product and packaging in safe condition until pickup.
If replacing:
A replacement will be arranged once the damaged item is inspected.
Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
