Damaged or Broken on Arrival

How to report and resolve product damage upon delivery.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product:

  1. Write a note describing the damage on the delivery acceptance form before signing it.

  2. Email [email protected] within 48 hours, including:

    • Order number and full name

    • Address

    • Description of damage

    • Photos or videos showing each damaged area and all package labels

Once received, our team will assess your report and determine if a replacement or refund applies.

If canceling due to damage:

  • Hanso will collect the item and issue a full refund after inspection.

  • Keep the product and packaging in safe condition until pickup.

If replacing:

  • A replacement will be arranged once the damaged item is inspected.

  • Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
