Overview

Every Hansø MASTER+ Pergola is carefully packaged and delivered through a licensed freight partner to guarantee safe handling from our warehouse to your property.
Due to the pergola’s size and weight, delivery is curbside only, and customers must be present to inspect and receive the shipment.


Delivery Process

1️⃣ Shipment Confirmation

  • Once your pergola leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking email with the courier’s contact information.

  • You’ll be notified in advance to schedule the delivery window.

2️⃣ Freight Delivery (Curbside)

  • The courier will unload the boxes to your driveway or front curb — they do not move items into your yard or installation site.

3️⃣ Inspection Upon Arrival

  • Before signing, inspect all boxes for dents, holes, or moisture damage.

  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.

  • Report any issues to [email protected] within 48 hours.

Handling Recommendations

  • Store boxes on a flat, dry surface away from direct sunlight until installation.

  • Do not stack boxes more than two high to avoid compression damage.

  • Open cartons carefully with a box cutter, avoiding deep cuts that may damage aluminum finishes.

  • Keep all small hardware and labels organized for reference during assembly.

If Damage or Parts Are Missing

If you notice shipping damage or missing items:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of all affected boxes and parts.
2️⃣ Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of packaging and contents

  • List of missing or damaged parts

Hansø’s support team will arrange priority replacements immediately after review.


Third-Party Courier Notes

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Couriers cannot call ahead within 30 minutes — please use the tracking link for live updates.

  • Hansø Home does not control exact delivery times, as routes are scheduled by the courier.
