Missing Packages or Items

Steps to follow if any boxes or parts are missing from your delivery.

Upon delivery, please check the number of packages before signing the delivery note. The note clearly states how many boxes should be received.

If packages are missing:

  1. Write the number of packages received on the delivery note before signing.

  2. Notify [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including:

    • Photos of all received packages and shipping labels

    • A description of missing packages or parts

We cannot accept missing-package claims if the delivery note was signed without comments.

For missing parts or pieces inside boxes, report them within 48hrs of delivery. Please include photos and part numbers (if applicable).
