Updated over 2 weeks ago

🧱 Surface Requirements

Tiles must be installed over a solid concrete base at least 4″ thick.
Do not mount over hollow tiles or adhesive-only installations.

⚙️ Step-by-Step Installation

1️⃣ Mark Anchor Points

  • Use your Outer-to-Outer Baseplate Measurement from the Pro+ model diagram.

  • Confirm that holes are centered on tile seams when possible.

2️⃣ Drill Anchor Holes

  • Use a diamond core bit to gently drill through tile glaze.

  • Continue with an M10–M12 masonry bit for concrete layer.

  • Minimum depth: 75 mm (3″).

3️⃣ Anchor Baseplates

  • Use stainless steel expansion bolts.

  • Insert rubber washers under baseplate to cushion tile surface.

  • Tighten gradually in a cross pattern to prevent tension cracks.

4️⃣ Seal & Finish

  • Apply clear silicone around bolt heads and tile edges.

  • Wipe excess to maintain aesthetics.

💡 Tip: Place masking tape on tile before drilling to prevent bit wander.
