⚙️ Quick Overview

This guide provides an overview of Hansø pergola motor and remote versions, including internal layout and labeling for both 433MHz (V1) and 868MHz (V2) systems.
It applies to all Master+ and Pro+ Motorized Pergolas.


📡 Motor Versions

V1 — 433MHz System

  • Used in earlier Hansø pergola models.

  • Operates with V1 handheld or post-mounted remotes.

  • Standard labeling: “433MHz” on the motor housing.

  • Compatible only with corresponding V1 receivers.

  • Features single-channel operation for one motor and LED system.

V2 — 868MHz System

  • Current version used in all 2024+ Hansø models.

  • Improved signal stability and wider range.

  • Supports both handheld and post-mounted V2 remotes.

  • Label on motor reads “868MHz”.

  • Enables multi-channel pairing (dual motor + LED systems).


🕹️ Remote Control Types

Handheld Remote (V1 & V2)

  • Portable 8-channel remote for motor and LED control.

  • Buttons: OPEN / CLOSE / STOP / LIGHT.

  • LED indicator confirms signal transmission.

  • Back cover removal gives access to the battery compartment (AAA).

Post-Mounted Remote (V1 & V2)

  • Designed for outdoor use and wall/post mounting.

  • Same button layout as the handheld version.

  • Back plate detaches for wiring or battery replacement.

  • Ideal for permanent installations near pergola entrances.


🔧 Compatibility Notes

  • V1 components cannot pair with V2 systems.

  • Always confirm motor frequency before replacing remotes.

  • Replacement remotes are labeled “433MHz” or “868MHz” under the battery cover.

  • Ensure power is disconnected before swapping motor units.
