What It Is
Hanso VIP Care is our optional maintenance program. Once enrolled, you receive an annual inspection (via photo or video) with a Hanso technician to assess the key components (louvers, motor alignment, drainage, seals, etc.).

How to Enroll / Apply

  • Can be added during the original order checkout

  • Or within a set window (e.g. within 30 days after delivery)

  • Must maintain continuous coverage to retain benefits

Conditions / Fine Print

  • Only valid for pergolas meeting installation specifications

  • The inspection is remote (photo/video) — no onsite visit

  • Some issues may require a site visit or replacement part

  • If coverage lapses, re-enrollment may require an evaluation
