What It Is
Hanso VIP Care is our optional maintenance program. Once enrolled, you receive an annual inspection (via photo or video) with a Hanso technician to assess the key components (louvers, motor alignment, drainage, seals, etc.).

Some issues may require a site visit or replacement part
