Overview

Every Hansø Electric Retractable Awning is powered by a Somfy UL-certified tubular motor with remote control operation.

Connection Options

  1. Standard Plug-in: Connect to an outdoor-rated outlet on the left side of the mounting wall.

  2. Hardwired Option: Have a certified electrician wire the motor directly into your electrical circuit for a clean finish.


Remote Operation

  • Wireless remote pairs with the motor receiver.

  • Includes “Up”, “Down”, and “Stop” controls.

  • Optional sensors can also be paired with the receiver.


Maintenance Tip

Inspect the wire annually for damage or UV wear. Do not extend the cable length unless performed by a licensed electrician.
