Updated over a week ago

Overview

Hanso’s White-Glove Installation is a premium, turnkey service handled by our network of certified installation partners. It’s designed to make your experience seamless — from unboxing to the final louver adjustment.

✅ What’s Included

  • Full Assembly: All pergola framework, louvers, and components are professionally assembled.

  • Anchoring & Leveling: Secure anchoring to your prepared surface (concrete, deck, or pavers).

  • Alignment & Sealing: Installers check for level, square, and proper louver alignment to ensure water-tight performance.

  • Cleanup: Packaging materials and debris are collected and neatly disposed of.

  • Basic Function Check: Motor, louvers, and accessories (if installed) are tested for smooth operation.

⚠️ What’s Not Included

Hanso installers focus strictly on pergola installation. The following are not included in the standard service:

  • Landscaping, patio, or structural modifications

  • Leveling or resurfacing your ground/patio area

  • Electrical connections (must be done by a licensed electrician)

  • Custom framing or pergola trimming

  • Painting or non-Hanso product installations

Optional Add-Ons

Some installer partners can quote extra services:

  • Concrete Footers or Anchoring Pads (if your surface is not ready)

  • Accessory Mounting such as heaters, screens, or slat walls

  • Pergola Relocation or Removal (for replacement projects)

Before Installation

To avoid delays, ensure:

  • The surface is level and accessible

  • All boxes have been delivered and checked

  • A clear workspace is available around the pergola site

Duration

Most installations take 1–2 days, depending on pergola size and site conditions.
